This exercise set in the next evolution of the Flex Life Fitness exercise set. Hopefully, you have been working and through the FLF 1.0 exercise set for 6 – 8 weeks.

Now, we move to the next level with similar exercises, but additional body movements to confuse your muscles and build even more muscle mass and decrease body fat.
