Doctor James Wright: Chocolate helps the heart

Doctor James Wright – TVs original medic, shares a BMJ report from London which says dark chocolate is good for the heart, specially when added to the Mediterranean diet.

It says a 20g serving of dark chocolate three time days a week is even better.

Dark chocolate reduces a factor in the blood called “C-reactive Protein” (CRP), which causes vessel inflammation.
