No Fate’s Newest Series! I provide (1) Tip, trick, cheat, or hack every episode to help you dads stave off that dreaded dad bod and keep yourself on track. In this kickoff episode I drop two MUST DO tips to help you maintain a modicum of health. These bare minimum goals are simple and give you an easy win every day.

1.) Drink at least a gallon of water every day. Coffee, beer, and sodas do not count towards that gallon.
2.) Take a multivitamin everyday. The basic generic BJ’s, Cosco, Walmart, etc. brand will do the trick. No need to over-pay for a vitamin that’s made in the same factory as the 3 cent a pill version.
