Pita Chips – Health Nuts

We recently caught up with Duncan Barnes (editor of Stoked and Broke) to get his take on making pita chips…which go real well with homemade hummus (http://www.korduroy.tv/2010/homemade-hummus-health-nuts)

Recipe for 6 pitas…

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of pepper..or pinch of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
handful of herbs from garden.

400 degrees for 7 minutes or until golden brown.

EAT AND ENJOY!
