Day 2 – Natural, raw and organic




Today, we are going to talk about organic, natural and raw foods, and why they are beneficial. The science proves that organic foods have more minerals and nutrients compared to non-organic because the soil is richer, and they haven’t damaged the food with chemicals and pesticides. Non-organic foods are not only void of nutrients but can be toxic and damaging to one’s health. So that brings us to natural foods. A food that is truly natural is in its natural state, and does not have a single unnatural ingredient. Raw foods, when organic, are the perfect natural foods simply because they are in their most whole, natural state and have retained all of their easily digested nutrients. Your challenge is to eat less unnatural processed foods and try to make 50% of your diet raw, organic and truly natural.
