5 Skinny Habits

Are you ready for the summer? Here are five skinny habits that will help. Each week for five weeks you can make a change to help improve your health.

1st week: Change your breakfast. Fruit meal or any meal under 250 calories.
2nd week: Change lunch or dinner. Pick a protein and with it a side of vegetables.
3rd week: Take vegetables as seconds.
4th week: 10 minutes of exercise for 3 times a week.
5th week: Snack on water, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy
