3. Taste It & Enjoy It

Every day we face temptations, the most common ones are someone’s birthday at work or a family dinner and your Mum’s has made your favourite dinner. Typically these events are not quite part of the plan and can sometimes make you feel like throwing the towel in and falling off the waggon. Remember: Good health does not happen to you.. unlike illness

These tips are my starting points to help you enjoy your food choices, so when you have a treat make sure you Taste it and Enjoy it!
